Deux ans après son dernier album, "Chloë and the next 20th century", Father John Misty (Joshua Tillman de son vrai nom), figure de proue du rock indépendant, superbe crooner alternatif, chantre d'un style americana, entre folk et country, jazz et blues, revient avec son sixième album intitulé "Mahashmashana". Après une décennie passée à naître, Josh Tillman est enfin occupé à mourir. "Mahashmashana" est le sixième album de Father John Misty. Il a été produit par Josh Tillman et Drew Erickson. Il a été réalisé et additionnellement produit par Michael Harris. Il a été arrangé par Drew Erickson. Il a été interprété par Josh Tillman, Drew Erickson, Jonathan Wilson, Dan Bailey, Eli Thomson, David Vandervelde, Chris Dixie Darley, Jon Titterington et Kyle Flynn. Il a été également produit par Jonathan Wilson. Il a été enregistré et mixé aux studios Five Star et East/West, United et à la maison de Drew.

Biographie

Dennis Lehane, né le 4 août 1965 dans le quartier de Dorchester à Boston, est un écrivain américain d'origine irlandaise, auteur de romans policiers. Ses romans ont inspiré de nombreux films dont Mystic River (2003) de Clint Eastwood, avec Kevin Bacon, Sean Penn et Tim Robbins, Gone Baby Gone (2007) de Ben Affleck, avec son frère Casey Affleck dans le rôle du personnage principal, et Shutter Island (2010) de Martin Scorsese, avec Leonardo DiCaprio.
