Tout premier 'lost album' de Marvin Gaye chez Tamla Motown. 15 des 17 titres de l'album se retrouvent pour la première fois rassemblés sur ce double vinyle. Retrouvez trois morceaux, jusqu'à présent proposés dans des versions demos, mixés par Salaam Remi (Amy Winehouse). L'album comprend également la version longue inédite du single de Noël de 1972, ainsi que des faces B instrumentales très rares. Cette édition unique est agrémentée d'un texte de son biographe, David Ritz.
